Return Policy

Great care is taken in the manufacture, packaging, and shipment of Top Hardware products. Please inspect your parts immediately to ensure the products fulfills your expectations.

Top Hardware will replace the point where delivery of the material is first made:

1. The material is defective or not in conformity with the agreed specifications.

2. You have notified Top Hardware of the defect within ten (10) days of the delivery of order.

3. Top Hardware has been given reasonable opportunity to inspect the material.

Except as stated herein, Top Hardware shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages of any nature – including any labor or repair expense – arising out of a sale or the material covered hereby. All return must be authorized by Top Hardware and made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking charge。 Items scratched and damaged will be up to 50%. After thirty (30) days, returns may still be considered but the restocking charge will increase to 50%. Returns will not be accepted after ninety (90) days.

Kitchen Sinks Order Return:
Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
All returns must meet the following guidelines:

o♦Please ensure an accurate opening size on your countertop for sink installation. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returns. Return without original package will be charged an additional 20%. Damaged items will be charged up to 50% of the price!

o♦All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, otherwise, returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

o♦The product/s must be new and in resalable condition, not previously installed or used as display.

o♦There must be no writing on the packaging unless a Calacatta Kitchen Sink representative advised you to do so.
